GNCCI Accra Branch Hosts Workshop on Efficient Tax Planning
On March 12 2024, the Accra Branch of the Ghana National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GNCCI), in collaboration with KPMG Ghana and JS Morlu Ghana, organized a workshop titled "Efficient Tax Planning" at the GNCCI Head Office in Dzorwulu. The primary objective of the workshop was to assist members in unlocking the secrets of tax efficiency. The training was delivered by seasoned tax consultants, including Mr. Michael Boateng, Partner, Tax at KPMG Ghana, and Mr. Bernard Bempong, Managing Partner at JS Morlu Ghana.
A total of 105 participants attended the workshop, engaging in discussions and activities designed to enhance their understanding of tax planning strategies. Participants were encouraged to plan their tax practices meticulously, maintain intentional records, and explore innovative solutions tailored to their specific needs. The workshop provided valuable insights into Ghanaian tax laws and practical strategies for effective tax management.
This initiative empowering members with the knowledge and tools necessary for efficient tax planning, ultimately contributing to the financial health and sustainability of businesses in Ghana.
